Ofek Cohen is the COO of AKOLogic Europe, an agri-tech startup based in Vienna. He holds a strong academic background in agriculture, biotechnology, and environmental economics. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics and Biotechnology from the Faculty of Agriculture at the Hebrew University and is currently in the final stage of completing his Master’s degree in Environmental Economics. He has gained extensive professional experience across various farming sectors and agri-tech startups, where he has held several positions.
